Men's V Neck

“V” neck T-shirt originate from the middle east, these are formed by two diagonal lines from the shoulders that meet on the chest creating a V shape. The depth of the V can vary, ranging from demure styles to plunging. The surplice version of this neckline (known as a portrait neckline) is an alternative. The V may also be truncated by a small bottom edge, forming a trapezoid.
We are making V neck T-shirt in knitted organic fabric in Single Jersey, Double jersey, Heavy jersey, Jersey with spandex, Rib, Interlock in different GSM 180 to 220. We provide these t-shirt in all bright and subtle colors, and exhibit a variety of patterns and designs.
These T-shirt are decorated by adding screen-printing. In screen-printing, a design is separated into individual colors with any imaginable combination of words, art graphics and photographs. Some of the printing method we were followed below

1.Plastisol print or water based inks are applied to the shirt through mesh screens which limits the areas where ink is deposited.

2. Tie and dye – This method is give light and dark art patches effect and the garment looks more attractive by effect. The method originates in India, Japan, Jamaica, and Africa as early as the sixth century.

3. Another form of T-shirt decoration is heat transfer vinyl’s. These allow people to make short runs of printed shirts using plotter cut vinyl that they can then heat press onto the garment. They are made in a multitude of colors, patterns, and styles.

4. Discharge print, is also called Extract Printing, Discharge ink is a water based product that is formulated to deactivate the dyes used on natural fabrics. The effect and hand feel of T-shirts with a very soft print that looks like the color of natural cotton.

5.Pigment print – This method is done to produce attractive design by applying pigment paste on the fabric surface.The print allows maximum output of art effects with soft hand feel
